Refund/Substitution/Processing Fee Policy

 

Please note: Registration event refunds or substititions will not be issued for any events unavoidably cancelled due to force majeure, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, strikes or other labor disturbances, floods, epidemics, war, etc.

Refunds

Conference registration event refunds will only be issued upon request received prior to or on the early bird deadline. After the early bird deadline no refunds will be issued. Regardless of the form of payment, all refunds will be issued by check.

Substitutions/Processing Fee

Requests for substitution of one delegate for a paid delegate will be at no cost prior to or on the early bird deadline. After the early bird deadline and through the close of business on the Thursday before the conference all substitutions will be charged a processing fee equal to the difference between the early bird fee and the standard fee plus a $100 late handling charge. No substitutions will be allowed after the close of business on the Thursday before the conference.
